Cozy villa in Cercedilla for 10 people with private heated indoor pool, surrounded by garden with incredible views of the Sierra.

It features an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, a chill-out zone, and a fenced garden. It has 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 1 sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms. Additionally, it offers communal access to a multi-purpose court and tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool (open from June 15th to September 15th), and a children’s playground.

The
entire property is completely private and available to guests. The indoor heated pool is open year-round, with a typical temperature between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius.

However, if a last-minute booking is made, less than 3 days in advance, the pool may not reach this temperature in time for the guests’ arrival.

If possible, it is recommended to make the reservation in advance.

Services and common areas
The house has access to common areas, a multi-purpose court, a tennis court, a large outdoor pool with views of the 7 peaks and the Bola del Mundo, a children’s playground and picnic areas.

1) All guests aged 14 and over must be registered (Royal Decree 933/2021).

2) Once the reservation is made, we will send you the rental agreement.

3) In winter, a bag of approximately 25 kg of firewood will be provided for each rental.

Should the tenant wish to use more than that amount, we can provide additional bags at a cost of €16 per 25kg bag with 5 days’ notice to anticipate demand.

4) For earlier check-in and/or later check-out, please don’t hesitate to ask if it’s possible for your booking. We always try to accommodate!

5) In our house, we provide bath towels for guests (one per person), but we do not provide pool towels. We kindly ask that you bring your own.

6) If the tenant leaves any items behind on the property after their stay, the handling fee for their retrieval and return will be €20, plus the corresponding shipping costs according to the rates of the courier company used. Payment must be made in advance before shipment. The property is not responsible for the loss or damage of forgotten items.
