La Finca FuenteVieja offers a variety of spaces to enjoy with family or friends. Its
large plot includes designated areas with a children’s play area, a barbecue area, and a spacious garden equipped with all the amenities for an unforgettable stay.

Outside this fenced area, the entire estate is at your disposal, ideal for walks and discovering old military bunkers from the Civil War.
Following the path, you can reach a small Neolithic-style “village,” perfect for children to enjoy exploring.

In addition, the property has a small farm where you can meet animals such as ponies, donkeys, goats and more.

Note: The entire property is exclusively for guests (100% private). However, from Monday to Friday, a caretaker resides on the lower floor of the house, in a completely separate area outside the guest access zone. He is responsible for the upkeep of the property. As it is a very large property, ongoing maintenance is required. He is a very discreet person who will not interfere with your stay.

1) All guests aged 14 and over must be registered (Royal Decree 933/2021).

3) To get there, there is a 1.5 km dirt road. You have to enter from a place called “Naturescorial” and then follow the dirt road for 1.5 km until you reach a black gate that says “Dehesa FuenteVieja”. Upon entering the property, there is another 400m road leading to the house.

4) During the winter season, two bags of approximately 25 kg of firewood will be provided per rental.
Should the tenant wish to use more than this amount, we can provide additional bags at a cost of €16 per 25 kg bag with 5 days’ notice to anticipate demand.

8) If the tenant leaves any items behind on the property after their stay, the handling fee for their retrieval and return will be €20, plus the corresponding shipping costs according to the rates of the courier company used. Payment must be made in advance before shipment. The property is not responsible for the loss or damage of forgotten items.
