6) During the winter season, one sack of approximately 25 kg of firewood will be provided per rental.

8) If the tenant leaves any items behind on the property after their stay, the handling fee for their retrieval and return will be €20, plus the corresponding shipping costs according to the rates of the courier company used. Payment must be made in advance before shipment. The property is not responsible for the loss or damage of forgotten items.
