Discover this charming villa in Guadalix de la Sierra, ideal for up to 8 people! The outdoor area will provide unforgettable moments with its private pool and landscaped garden!
You’ll also find a covered outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue.

The chalet has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, including 3 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 2 bathrooms. It’s the ideal place to enjoy a few days of rest with your family and/or friends.

The
Nunki house is a certified passive house, and is therefore considered an eco-friendly accommodation.

A passive house is a building whose energy efficiency is far superior to that of a traditional building, as it utilizes bioclimatic architecture principles.
Passive houses have very low energy consumption and offer a comfortable ambient temperature year-round (unlike traditional buildings) without the need for conventional heating and/or cooling.

From the house there is direct access on foot to rural routes where you can see animals (horses, sheep, cows, …).

7) In the living room, there is a camera that monitors the house when it is unoccupied. Before any arrival, it is turned off and disconnected from the network. It can even be completely unplugged if the guest wishes

8) If the tenant leaves any items behind on the property after their stay, the handling fee for their retrieval and return will be €20, plus the corresponding shipping costs according to the rates of the courier company used. Payment must be made in advance before shipment. The owner is not responsible for the loss or damage of forgotten items.
