Cozy villa for 8 people in Moralzarzal, with private pool, surrounded by a large terrace with garden!

The outdoor area offers a private pool, an outdoor dining area with a built-in barbecue, a chill-out area and a small flat fenced garden with a trampoline for children.

The chalet has all the comforts, 3 bedrooms, 5 beds and 3 full bathrooms! Ideal for enjoying a few days with family and/or friends!

Other important points
: Please make sure to read the entire listing before proceeding with your booking! 🙂

1) All guests aged 14 and over must be registered (Royal Decree 933/2021).

2) Once the reservation is made, we will send you the rental agreement.

3) Swimming pool closed from 25/09 to 01/06 every year

4) In winter, a bag of approximately 25 kg of firewood will be provided for each rental.

Should the tenant wish to use more than that amount, we can provide additional bags at a cost of €10 per 25kg bag with 5 days’ notice to anticipate demand.

5) For earlier check-in and/or later check-out, please don’t hesitate to ask if it’s possible for your booking. We always try to accommodate!

6) In our house, we provide bath towels for guests (one per person), but we do not provide pool towels. We kindly ask that you bring your own.

7) If the tenant leaves any items behind on the property after their stay, the handling fee for their retrieval and return will be €20, plus the corresponding shipping costs according to the rates of the courier company used. Payment must be made in advance before shipment. The property is not responsible for the loss or damage of forgotten items.
