1) All guests aged 14 and over must be registered (Royal Decree 933/2021).

2) Once the reservation is made, we will send you the rental agreement for your stay.

3) The pool
is open from June 1st to September 30th . However, it is not heated.

4) During the winter season, two bags of approximately 25 kg of firewood will be provided per rental.
Should the tenant wish to use more than this amount, we can provide additional bags at a cost of €16 per 25 kg bag with 5 days’ notice to anticipate demand.

5) During the week, maintenance staff will need to come by to carry out their weekly tasks. Here are the approximate times:

Depends on the season, but usually 1 to 2 visits per week of 30-60 minutes.

6) If the tenant leaves any items behind on the property after their stay, the handling fee for their retrieval and return will be €20, plus the corresponding shipping costs according to the rates of the courier company used. Payment must be made in advance before shipment. The property is not responsible for the loss or damage of forgotten items.
